Founder's Message

" We recognise that most clients who open a company do not understand or fully comprehend the services involved, particularly company and tax laws. This can lead to extra costs (such as fines from the Companies Registry or notices from the Inland Revenue Department), or even hinder the development of their busy business.

Founded in 2018, our founders, who came from international accounting firms, primarily serve listed companies in both Hong Kong and mainland China. Knowing that many small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) lack the professional services they deserve, Shi Ran decided to launch his own firm, AMP (which stands for Assisting and Promoting the Expansion of Local SMEs). AMP prioritizes client needs, ensuring each case is carefully analyzed by dedicated personnel to provide tailored recommendations.
